In Texas, a first-time DWI conviction is a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail and a $2,000.00 fine. In 1977, Martin LeNoir began his legal career as a prosecutor working for the legendary District Attorney, Henry Wade, rising to the rank of chief felony prosecutor.
In 1982, Martin LeNoir began representing citizens accused of crimes ranging from driving while intoxicated to capital murder.
